- Beating Swords into Ploughshares
On
Saturday 19th June all were welcomed to the eight hours of ‘transformance art’
and
challenged to find a new vision of peace. Attendees were engage with a unique programme
of live events which explored the gift of peace in our lives, peace between
different peoples and within the whole community of creation.
St. Andrew’s resounded to the sound of the Post War Orchestra playing
musical instruments made from recycled weapons and military kit (read
